The L.E.A.R.N. Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation created and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, which is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as an exempt organization under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The Foundation’s purposes include furthering the interests of the L.E.A.R.N. Foundation by helping support, guide, and protect it by assuming the fiduciary responsibility for private gifts to the L.E.A.R.N. Foundation.
